Auto Bill Pay Terms and Conditions
Auto Bill Pay - If you enrolled in Auto Bill Pay, you authorize Nexbillpay and the credit card selected for payment to automatically charge your credit or debit card the amount of your bill each month. Credit card payments will be charged on the bill statement due date. You release Nexbillpay and all its affiliates from any and all claims arising from the use of the Nexbillpay Automatic Payment service. Both your authorization and the Nexbillpay Automatic Payment service will remain in full force and effect until revoked by you, your Utility, or Nexbillpay or one of its affiliates.
Card on File - By entering your name, address, telephone number and debit card ("account") information and clicking the "SUBMIT" button as your electronic signature, you authorize Nexbillpay to initiate debits to your account automatically to pay each of your monthly statements as well as any final bill amounts. Your authorization will remain in effect unless you revoke it by calling Nexbillpay at 1-800-639-2435, and we have had a reasonable opportunity to act on your request. Please print a copy of this authorization for your records.
Payment Fee - A Nexbillpay service fee may apply on Recurring Payments. Nexbillpay charges a service fee to process payments through this system. 100% of the service fee is paid to Nexbillpay for its service.
Enrollment Period - All customers signing up for AutoPay will need to be sure to make a onetime payment before signup. There is a mandatory 48 hour enrollment period for all customers signing up for AutoPay for the first time.
